Masts from Irati
In the forest of Irati trees were cut, some of them as long as 30 meters, for shipbuilding. These gigantic trees were transported by rivers, railways, and hanging by cables to the coast.
In the touristic itinerary of Errekaidorra you will learn about the native fauna, flora, and the way of the people interacted with them by knowing the history and the forestry management.
